Thomas Savone
President
Thomas Savone is the president of Thomas Savone & Associates, where his focus is on helping clients achieve their financial goals and dreams. Tom started Thomas Savone & Associates in 2005, after spending 16 years at American Express Financial Advisors. In 2010, he earned the professional designation of Chartered Retirement Plans SpecialistSM (CRPS®). He holds FINRA Series 3, 7, and 63 securities registrations through Commonwealth Financial Network®, member FINRA/SIPC, as well as various insurance licenses. He graduated from SUNY College at Oneonta with a bachelor's degree in economics.
In Tom's leisure, he enjoys playing golf, boating, watching the New York Giants, traveling, and soaking up treasured time with his family. He lives in Palm Coast with his wife, Margaret. They have four children, and a precious grandson.
Margaret Sullivan
Associate Advisor
Margaret Sullivan is our Associate Advisor and joined our team in September 2006. She too, worked for American Express Financial Advisors, and has had a career in the financial industry since 1998. She is responsible for addressing client's needs and reviewing portfolios, aiding a spouse and/or heirs with settling portfolios following the passing of a loved one, executing transactions, and working with Mr. Savone in implementing strategies and executing trades. She also provides ongoing procedural support to aid in keeping the office running efficiently. She holds her FINRA Series 7, 63, and 66 securities registrations (held through Commonwealth Financial Network®); her Florida Life, Health, and Variable Annuity license; and the FI360/Broadridge professional designation of Accredited Investment Fiduciary®. Margaret is currently enrolled at The American College of Financial Services working towards earning the Chartered Financial Consultant designation. Margaret is also a notary public and graduated from Daytona State College with an associate of science degree in Business Administration.
Margaret enjoys spending her personal time with her husband, Troy, and their daughter. She appreciates outdoor adventures, such as boating and kayaking. Cooking for family and friends, as well as volunteering at her church, are also areas of great pleasure. She has resided in Palm Coast, Florida, since 1987.
Lisa Santiago
Office Assistant
Lisa Santiago, is our Office Assistant and joined our team in November 2023. Lisa is focused on overseeing the office calendar, coordinating appointments, providing a warm welcome to clients and visitors, as well as lending a helping hand to support the needs of our team. Prior to joining our team, she was a loyal and dedicated employee to a local manufacturing company for 20-years with a multitude of responsibilities in various levels of the organization. In all that she does, Lisa strives for excellence and a job well-done.
Lisa was born in Pennsylvania and moved to Florida 27-years ago; people always comment that she still has an accent. In her free time, she visits with her grandchildren, enjoys craft days with friends, and lovingly assists with the Nursery care, and events, at her church.
